This proposed One-Storey residence with a 1000 square Meter Lot area and 800 sq mts of building Footprint utilizes simple design features that draw attention to beige, gray, and white tones. Subtle, considerate, and concealed touches highlight a curated aesthetic. The 'everything in its place' environment that comes with contemporary style is characterized by designs that prioritize utility and simplicity over collections and fuss.
